1. Sponsor

The #StickCellyContest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Coach Bowman (“Sponsor”).

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to:

Legal residents of the United States
Individuals 13 years of age or older at the time of entry
Participants under 18 must have parent or legal guardian consent.

The following are not eligible to win:

Employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives of Sponsor
Immediate family members or household members of the above

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.

3. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

4. Agreement to Rules

By entering, you (“Entrant”) agree to:

Be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules
Represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements
Accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify, or withdraw any entry at any time.

5. Contest Period

The Contest begins at 12:00 AM ET on May 31, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on June 28, 2026 (“Contest Period”).

Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

6. How to Enter

To receive one (1) valid entry, Entrants must complete all of the following steps:

Download the free Coach Bowman app
Record a video within the app that includes:
- A stuck dismount (skill)
- A celebration (celly)
Use the in-app feature to:
- Clip the video
- Apply the official contest watermark (#StickCellyContest button)
- Agree to the Official Rules
Post the video to Instagram:
- Tag @coach.bowman
- Include the hashtag #StickCellyContest

Incomplete, fraudulent, or non-compliant entries will be disqualified. Sponsor does not guarantee visibility, reach, or availability of any entry on Instagram or any platform. Entrants are solely responsible for ensuring their content remains publicly accessible and compliant at the time of judging.

7. Entry Requirements and Restrictions

Entries must:

Be original content created by the Entrant
Be recorded using the Coach Bowman app
Include required elements (skill + celebration + watermark)
Be publicly accessible on Instagram at time of judging

Entries must not:

Contain unsafe, reckless, or illegal activity
Infringe upon intellectual property or privacy rights
Include offensive, obscene, or inappropriate material

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its sole discretion.

8. Multiple Entries

Entrants may submit multiple entries. Each valid submission will be evaluated independently.

Use of bots, scripts, fake accounts, or other automated or fraudulent methods to enter is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.

9. Judging and Winner Selection

This Contest is a skill-based competition. Winners will be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion based on criteria including, but not limited to, which may be applied, weighted, or disregarded in Sponsor’s sole discretion:

Execution of skill
Creativity of celebration
Overall video quality and presentation

Sponsor may consider any additional factors it deems relevant.

All decisions made by Sponsor are final, binding, and not subject to challenge or appeal.

Sponsor reserves the right to:

Select any number of winners, including no winners.
Decline to select a winner if entries do not meet desired standards.
Disqualify any entry at its sole discretion.

This Contest is not a sweepstakes or random drawing.

Sponsor is not required to provide scoring breakdowns, judging rationale, or comparative analysis between entries.

Fan Engagement Voting (Optional)

Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, conduct optional “Fan Favorite” voting periods in connection with the Contest, including through affiliates, influencers, or Sponsor-controlled channels.

As part of this process:

Sponsor or its affiliates may select a limited number of entries (e.g., finalists) to be featured for public engagement.
Members of the public may be invited to express preferences through actions such as comments, likes, or other platform interactions.

All fan engagement metrics:

Are advisory only
May be considered by Sponsor as one of many factors
Do not determine the winner automatically

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

Select, modify, or remove any entries included in fan voting
Disregard or adjust engagement metrics for any reason, including suspected manipulation, fraud, or artificial activity
Determine the final winner(s) regardless of fan input

Use of bots, coordinated manipulation, fake accounts, or other attempts to influence voting outcomes may result in disqualification.

Sponsor may account for differences in audience size, reach, or engagement patterns when evaluating fan interaction data.

Selection of any “Fan Favorite” or similar designation does not guarantee selection as a winner unless confirmed by Sponsor.

10. Prizes

Sponsor anticipates selecting two (2) winners per week during the Contest Period, for a total of up to eight (8) winners, though Sponsor reserves the right to select more, fewer, or no winners in its sole discretion. Each selected winner will receive:

Training T-shirt (men’s and women’s options)
Tripod
One (1) year Coach Bowman subscription
$100 Amazon Gift Card

Approximate retail value per winner: $250 USD

Prizes:

Are non-transferable
Cannot be redeemed for cash
May be substituted by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, with a prize of equal or greater value

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes.

11. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via:

Instagram direct message and/or
Email

Winners must:

Respond within 72 hours
Provide any requested information

Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Sponsor is not responsible for failed delivery due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or platform issues.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, identity, and compliance with these Official Rules prior to awarding any prize.

12. Affiliate and Promotional Content

The Contest may be promoted by affiliates and content creators who:

May receive compensation or commissions
May use promotional codes
May have content used in advertising by Sponsor

All such content is intended to comply with applicable advertising and disclosure regulations. Affiliates and content creators are solely responsible for complying with all applicable advertising, endorsement, and disclosure laws, including FTC guidelines. Sponsor is not responsible for non-compliant affiliate conduct.

Participation in the Contest is not dependent on any purchase or affiliate code.

13. Discount Offer

A promotional offer of 50% off an annual subscription may be available during the Contest Period.

Is optional
Does not affect eligibility or odds of winning

14. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Participation in athletic activity involves inherent risks.

By entering, Entrant (and parent/guardian if applicable) acknowledges:

SPORTS PARTICIPATION CAN BE DANGEROUS
Activities such as gymnastics, tumbling, trampoline, dance, and cheerleading carry risk of serious injury, paralysis, or death

Entrant voluntarily assumes all risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entrant agrees to:

HOLD HARMLESS, WAIVE, AND RELEASE Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation

Entrant is solely responsible for:

Safe execution of any activity
Any resulting medical costs

15. Rights Granted by Entrant

By submitting an entry, Entrant grants Sponsor a:

Worldwide
Royalty-free
Perpetual

license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display:

Submitted content
Name, likeness, and social media handle

for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes without further compensation.

Entrant represents that:

Content is original
Content does not infringe third-party rights

Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold Sponsor harmless from any related claims.

For Entrants under 18, a parent or legal guardian represents and warrants that they have authorized all rights granted under these Official Rules.

16. Technical Issues and Entry Errors

Sponsor is not responsible for:

Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
Internet or platform failures
Technical malfunctions
Human or electronic errors

Sponsor is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms, including content removal, account restrictions, or visibility limitations.

17. Fraud, Tampering, and Abuse

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who:

Uses automated systems or bots
Attempts to manipulate the Contest
Violates these Official Rules

Sponsor may void entries or terminate the Contest if integrity is compromised.

18. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to:

Modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest
Determine winners from eligible entries received prior to disruption
Take legal action against harmful interference

Any material changes will be communicated in a manner determined by Sponsor.

19. Limitation of Liability

Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims arising from:

Participation in the Contest
Use or misuse of any prize
Technical failures
Unauthorized intervention
Errors in administration

20. Disputes

This Contest is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

All disputes shall be:

Resolved individually (no class actions)
Brought exclusively in courts located in Norfolk County, Virginia

Entrants waive rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

21. Privacy

Information submitted is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy:

22. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use:

Image
Entry content

for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Requests must be made within 60 days of Contest end.

24. Platform Disclaimer

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

25. Scam Awareness

Sponsor will never:

Request payment to claim a prize
Request passwords or sensitive account information

Entrants should report suspicious activity to the relevant platform.

26. Force Majeure

Sponsor shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of the Contest due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, weather conditions, fire, flood, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, internet or platform outages, technical failures, or any other events that may compromise the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest.

In such circumstances, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest, and to determine winners from eligible entries received prior to such event.
